TERM & CONDITIONS

High season surcharge of US$ 30 ++ per villa per night will applicable from July 15th to September 15th and from December 15th, 2007 to January 10th, 2008.
Published Rates are per villa, per night on room inclusive ABF.
Extra bed will available upon request at US$ 35 ++ per bed per night, inclusive of breakfast (max. 3 guests per villa).
